By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, uploading artwork, approving designs, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Company Information
Iconic Techniques LLC is a customization and promotional products company located in Kokomo, Indiana, United States.
We provide custom products and services including, but not limited to:
- Direct-to-Film (DTF) Heat Transfers
- Screen Printing
- UV DTF Transfers
- Embroidery
- Laser Engraving
- Sublimation
- Vinyl Graphics
- Promotional Products
- Custom Apparel
- Personalized Gifts
- Custom Drinkware
- Business Branding Products
All products are offered subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our website or purchase products and services.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Product Availability
All quotes, estimates, and pricing are subject to change without notice until an order has been accepted and payment has been received.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Correct product description errors
- Refuse orders
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders that contain inaccurate pricing or information
Product availability may change without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
Full payment may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Shopify Payments
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Major Credit Cards
- Major Debit Cards
- Other approved payment methods
Orders remain the property of Iconic Techniques LLC until paid in full.
5. Customer-Provided Artwork and Content
Customers are solely responsible for all artwork, images, logos, text, trademarks, and other content submitted for customization.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it.
- The content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
- The content does not violate any applicable law.
Customers assume all responsibility for customer-provided content and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iconic Techniques LLC from any claims arising from such content.

6. Artwork Approval
When proofs, mockups, artwork approvals, digital renderings, or design previews are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Contact information
- Quantities
- Colors
- Placement
- Sizing
- Design elements
Once approval has been provided, production may begin and Iconic Techniques LLC shall not be responsible for errors contained within approved artwork.
7. Production Variations
Because products are customized using various manufacturing methods, slight variations may occur.
Variations may include:
- Color differences
- Print placement
- Embroidery placement
- Stitch appearance
- Laser engraving depth
- Material texture
- Product dimensions
- Product finish
Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
8. Color Disclaimer
Actual product colors may vary from colors displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, tablets, proofs, or mockups.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
9. Production Times and Delivery Estimates
Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier shortages
- Equipment maintenance
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather events
- Customer approval delays
- Material availability
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Iconic Techniques LLC shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
10. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.
Iconic Techniques LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost shipments
- Delayed deliveries
- Carrier damage
- Incorrect delivery by shipping carriers
- Theft after delivery
Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- All sales are generally final.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Custom orders are non-returnable.
- Orders may not be canceled once production begins.
Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion if:
- The wrong item was produced.
- The item was damaged due to our error.
- The product materially differs from the approved design.
Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Iconic Techniques LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using:
- Order records
- Approval records
- Communication history
- Tracking information
- Shipping confirmations
- Signed agreements
Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through all available legal remedies.
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content
- Upload defamatory, threatening, or offensive content
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with website functionality
- Misrepresent your identity
- Violate any applicable laws

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Iconic Techniques LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and legal fees arising from:
- Your use of our website or services
- Customer-provided content

- Violation of intellectual property rights

17. Force Majeure
Iconic Techniques LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Floods
- Severe weather

- Supply chain disruptions
- Government actions

- Transportation delays
- Equipment failures

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Indiana.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Iconic Techniques LLC regarding the use of our website, products, and services and supersede all prior communications and understandings.
21. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
