Ordering & Payment
How do I place a custom order?
Choose your product, click 'Customize This Product' on the product page, upload your art, choose your production method, and place your order. Live pricing updates as you build.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Business accounts can pay by ACH or check on approved terms.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — see our FlexPay program for eligible larger orders.
Can I get a quote instead of ordering directly?
Absolutely — Request A Quote and a real person responds within one business day.
Techniques & Production
What decoration methods do you offer?
DTF Heat Transfers, UV DTF Transfers, Embroidery, Laser Engraving, Sublimation, and 3D Printing. Screen printing is coming soon.
What's the difference between DTF and screen printing?
DTF prints full color from a digital file (great for photos and small runs). Screen printing lays down ink one color at a time (great for very high volumes of simple designs).
What's the maximum design size?
DTF/UV DTF/Sublimation: up to the item's imprint area (~15"x21" on adult apparel). Embroidery: 4"x4" max. Laser: 15"x15" work area.
Can I combine multiple techniques on one product?
Yes where technically possible — the customizer will only offer valid combinations.
Pricing & Quantities
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No hard minimum for most items — even 1 unit is fine. Per-unit price drops as quantity increases.
How does pricing work for custom orders?
Base blank price + production method + design size + quantity + rush (if selected). Live total shown in the customizer.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — volume tiers automatically apply as quantity increases. 100+ units unlocks the deepest tier.
Are nonprofits eligible for special pricing?
Yes — 501(c)(3) organizations qualify for nonprofit tier pricing. Share your determination letter when quoting.
Turnaround & Shipping
How fast can I get my order?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days after design approval. Rush is 2–4 business days.
How do you ship?
USPS Priority, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or freight for pallet-size orders. Free ground shipping on orders over $250 in the contiguous US.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes on a case-by-case basis for larger orders. Contact us first.
