Return & Refund Policy

At Iconic Techniques LLC, every item we create is customized or decorated to meet your specific needs. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


No Returns on Custom Products

All products sold by Iconic Techniques LLC are made-to-order and individually customized, which means we do not carry stock or resell returned items. As such, all sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing:
customerservice@iconictechniques.com

Include the following:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos of the damage/defect and packaging

Once approved, we will either:

Replace the item at no additional cost, or

Issue a store credit if a replacement is not possible


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, you must notify us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders are sent into production and cannot be altered or canceled.


Errors in Customization

If an error is made on our end (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong item shipped, missing customization), we will replace the item at no cost to you. However, we are not responsible for customer errors such as:

Misspellings submitted during ordering

Wrong product size or color selected

Uploading low-resolution or copyrighted artwork

Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once orders are handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. For lost packages, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Just reach out to customer service at customer service@iconictechniques.com.
