At Iconic Techniques LLC, every product is custom-made specifically for each customer. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Service Area

We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to decline shipments to certain locations at our discretion.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors including:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Shipping method selected
- Promotional offers
- Order value

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to payment.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


3. Production and Processing Time

All products sold by Iconic Techniques LLC are custom-made or personalized.

Production and processing times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Customization method
- Artwork requirements
- Material availability
- Seasonal demand

Typical production times range from 3–10 business days, but actual production times may vary.

Production time begins only after:
- Payment has been received in full
- Artwork has been approved (if applicable)
- Required order information has been provided

Production time does not include shipping or transit time.


4. Rush Orders

Rush production services may be available for an additional fee.

Rush service availability depends on:
- Current production workload
- Product availability
- Production method
- Requested completion date

Customers should contact us prior to placing a rush order to confirm availability.

Rush production fees are non-refundable once production begins.


5. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Other approved carriers

Carrier selection is determined by Iconic Techniques LLC unless a specific shipping service has been purchased.


6. Delivery Estimates

Shipping carrier delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

Transit times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Seasonal volume
- Transportation disruptions
- Labor shortages
- Mechanical failures
- Circumstances beyond our control

Iconic Techniques LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please verify:
- Name
- Street address
- Apartment or suite number
- City
- State
- ZIP code

Iconic Techniques LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to incorrect information.


8. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, Iconic Techniques LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Misdelivered packages
- Carrier damage

Customers may be required to work directly with the carrier to resolve shipping issues.


9. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once an order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making arrangements to receive deliveries.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should:
1. Verify the shipping address.
2. Check with household members or neighbors.
3. Check around the delivery location.
4. Contact the shipping carrier.
5. Contact local postal authorities when applicable.

Iconic Techniques LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Replacement products may be offered at our discretion.


11. Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of shipping labels
- Description of the damage

Failure to provide documentation may affect our ability to assist with a claim.


12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:
- Refused by the recipient
- Returned as undeliverable
- Returned due to an incorrect address

Any shipping fees, return fees, redelivery fees, or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any approved refund or charged before reshipment.

Custom products may not be eligible for refunds.


13. Local Pickup

When available, local customers may select Local Pickup during checkout.

Pickup instructions, availability, and scheduling details will be provided after the order is completed.

Customers may be required to present identification at pickup.


14. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

Iconic Techniques LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Utility outages
- Internet outages
- Supply chain disruptions
- Material shortages
- Transportation interruptions
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Carrier service disruptions

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


15. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, most sales are final.
