First you will choose from one of our Iconic Products that you would like to customize. We have all types of different Products that you can choose from and each item is fully customizable for you to make it look exactly how you would like it to be! If you don't come across a product that you are looking for. Just reach out to our customer support team and we will try our best to help you find what it is you are looking for! - Iconic Boxes (Corporate Gifting) - There are 5 different Iconic boxes to choose from, but only Iconic Box #5 is able to be customized. With Iconic Box #5 you will build your very own Iconic Box with the items of your very own choosing!

Once you have chosen your Iconic Product. It will take you into the customization part of the process. Here you can add pictures and text to the product. Change the color, and more. If you come across any issues while customizing your product. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us about it. You can reach us by either sending a message to us by going to our contact page, or you can also hit the live chat button on the bottom left hand corner of your screen and talk to one of our customer support reps as well. Also please keep in mind that even though majority of our products are fully customizable. You will come across some products that are not and are sold as is. These products will be labeled as so to help with any confusion on what products are and are not customizable.

Depending on what product you choose will determine what techniques are available for you to choose from. On some products depending on the technique that you choose a member from our customer service team might reach out to you with a final mock up to get your approval before we start the process of creating your product. Which you will be made aware to keep an eye out for an email from us if your order pertains to this. Below are the techniques we offer and a description of what they are to help with any confusion.

- Direct to film heat transfer - This is a printing that is a heat-transfer based print process. The process begins by printing designs onto a transfer film, which is then covered with a thermo-adhesive powder and then transferred with a heat press to the final substrate. Which could be apparel, glass, wood, metal, ceramic, and some plastics. This method of printing is highly recommended over heat transfer vinyl or HTV and even silkscreening. Unlike HTV and Silkscreening with DTF printing the ink is actually bonded to the fabric, so it won't crack, peel, or fade like other methods. DTF prints can also withstand multiple washes without losing their color or quality, and can be pressed on dark or light garments. So they are also not limited to only being able to be transferred onto certain garments like DTG (direct to garments) are.

-Embroidery - is the art of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to stitch thread or yarn. We are able to turn most images into embroidery format with our embroidery software. We also offer different kinds of thread colors including reflector thread, glow in the dark thread, neon, pastel, metallic, variegated, and all the normal polyester thread colors as well.

- Laser Engraving - is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. Just like embroidery, we are also able to turn most images to be able to be engraved with our engraving software as well. Giving our customers the choice of having any image they would like engraved on things from wood panels to tumblers.

- Heat Transfer Vinyl/HTV - Heat transfer vinyl is cut, weeded and then heat pressed onto fabric. The main type of Heat Transfer Vinyl we do even though we have and are able to do garments in vinyl. We recommend our customers to have their product done using the direct to film technique due to durability like explained above, but one thing HTV is able to do that DTF printing can't is 3D puff printing. Where the image literally stands up off the garment but has a soft feel to it.

- Airbrush - An Airbrush is a tool used to apply color to a surface. This technique is done so with using a compressor that allows the liquid paint to be sprayed out into tiny droplets. We offer airbrushing as an option on any of our garments, but we also offer the technique on some of our sporting equipment like helmets for example to be personalized with.

Once you have decided on your technique you can then start creating your product. You can upload images of your choosing. include text and be able to choose the font and color of the text as well. You can change the color of the product. with some products you can choose to add certain fabrics and the color of fabric. There are many options to choose from and we are also always open to hear about any suggestions as well. This is where you can have fun and express your creativity. So don't hold back, because you can always go back and make any adjustments at any time during this part. We also have at least one of our Iconic Designers around as well if you ever need any advice or tips on going about creating your design if you ever need it.
